Join us for a virtual workshop! Discipleship in our New World with Jeff Cavins Friday, August 14, 2020, at 7:00 pm

For the past six years, Jeff Cavins has been our primary Bible teacher here at St. Joan as we have pursued the Great Adventure Bible Studies. And now, he is coming to St. Joan to share wisdom about living as disciples in this new world.

Jeff will explain God’s desire to walk with us as he introduces the first-century relationship between a rabbi and his disciple as the metaphor for God’s relationship with us. Jeff will describe the life of a disciple two thousand years ago and then paint a picture of how that can become a reality for people today. This is a very practical talk about walking with God in the modern world.

Jeff is a nationally known public speaker, author, television host, podcaster and pilgrimage leader whose engaging style of teaching has helped hundreds of thousands of Catholics … many of us right here at St. Joan … grasp a better understanding of the Catholic faith and the Bible. You can learn more about Jeff and purchase his books at www.jeffcavins.com/.

When you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation from e-vite. On the morning of August 14, you will receive an email giving you connection information for that evening’s call. We will open the call by 6:45 pm so that Jeff, who is in a later time zone, can begin promptly at 7.
